Manila's barangay health workers, nutrition scholars get new digital tools

Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) of the City of Manila received brand new tablets on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in a move to modernize and enhance the delivery of healthcare services across communities.

The tablets were donated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), in partnership with EMed Healthcare Solutions, Inc., and representatives from PhilHealth.

The initiative aims to upgrade the tools used in health centers and streamline data encoding and reporting processes for nearly two million residents of Manila.
