M2M evokes sense of nostalgia during 'The Better Endings' tour

The millennial Titos and Titas of Manila had an incredible time cheering loudly at the Araneta Coliseum on May 1 and 2 during the two-day concert of the Norwegian duo M2M, presented by Wilbros Live.

After 25 years, Marion Raven and Marit Larsen returned to the Philippine concert stage, still radiating the spark and feeling of falling in love as they performed some of their greatest hits. The duo started the night with "The Day You Went Away," from their album "The Best of M2M". As a Gen-Z kid growing up with two millennial older sisters, hearing their music live felt like paying homage to my aunts.

Amid the enthusiastic crowd, Marit couldn't help but giggle, asking, "Is this even real?" She was amazed that fans knew every single lyric of their songs.

They followed up with another fan favorite, "Everything You Do, " to keep the energy high." At one point during the performance, Marion complimented the audience, noting how pitch-perfect the Filipinos were.
