From towers in the city to neighborhoods in the regions, SMDC shows how its brand refresh is being realized on the ground
-

Following the unveiling of its brand refresh and new residential segments, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is demonstrating how its vision for life-centered communities is taking shape across its projects nationwide.
SMDC sharpened its portfolio into three new segments - SMDC Heights, SMDC Nature, and Symphony Homes each designed to meet different lifestyles and life stages. Now, the company is highlighting how these categories translate into real developments that bring convenience, connection, and long-term value to Filipino homeowners.
"At SMDC, we are designing for more than today's buyer," said Jessica Sy, vice president and head of Design, Innovation, and Strategy of SMDC. "We are building communities that evolve with people places that provide access to opportunities, foster connection, and deliver value that lasts across generations."
