BACOLOD CITY - A content creator from Bacong, Negros Oriental apologized to authorities for the content he posted online over the weekend that sparked public outrage.

Police Lt. Stephen Polinar, spokesperson for the Negros Oriental police, said that the content creator posted a video on social media showing him with a pillow and a blanket before lying down on the middle of the road as cars passed by in Bacong.
