The 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards recognizes people and projects that shape the Philippine property sector
On August 15, the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards hailed in a festive awards event the distinguished leaders and landmark developments of the property sector across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Nearly 70 golden statuettes were presented to more than 30 outstanding developers at the grand ballroom at Shangri-La The Fort in BGC, Taguig.
"The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards plays a vital role in this journey by spotlighting the developers, designers, and leaders who are helping shape communities that are smarter, greener, and more liveable. Tonight's honorees exemplify this mission, setting benchmarks for quality, creativity, and integrity in the built environment," said Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the judging panel for the awards in the Philippines and president of TAJARA Leisure and Hospitality Group Inc.
In a remarkable four-peat performance, Robinsons Land was crowned Best Developer. The real estate giant also bagged this year's Best Luxury Developer and Best Sustainable Developer for such projects as The Mall by NUSTAR, work.able GBF Center 1, and The Victor at Bridgetowne.
