CITY'S 115 DECISION 'DELIVERED THIS MONTH'

SENIOR figures in the Premier League are reportedly anticipating a decision on City’s 115 charges to be delivered this month.

The hearing, which began in September 2024, took place over 12 weeks and the verdict remains undisclosed.

City are facing accusations of 115 alleged breaches of financial regulations over a nine-year period, from 2009, following the takeover by Abu Dhabi United Group, until 2018.

Throughout the proceedings, the club has consistently denied all allegations.

The charges against City are varied, including 54 counts of failing to provide accurate financial information from 2009-10 to 2017-18, as well as not providing precise details regarding player and manager payments during the same timeframe.

Additional charges pertain to UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules and the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability rules.
