YEARS of selfless service to benefit others was rewarded as the winner of the Mottram St Andrew Community Pride Award was announced.
-
Bill Pilkington was named as the recipient for 2025, before the parish council AGM at the Village Chapel.
He was one of four people nominated for a panel of five judges to decide who came out on top.
Bill has served as a member of the parish council since 2007 including nine years as its chairman.
