Smash biker fights for life

A MOTORCYCLIST was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a horror road smash.
Police were called to Warrington Road in Ince, Wigan, at around 1.30am yesterday to reports of a serious collision.
The motorcyclist, 29, is in serious condition following the crash while the passenger, a 28-year-old man sustained minor injuries.
Many residents were in bed when the crash occurred but one local told the M.E.N. that their daughter was woken up by the flashing lights of ambulance and police as the road was cordoned off.
