Disturbing video trend targeting women on city streets

IT'S the latest disturbing twist in a 'creepy' viral video trend targeting Manchester's women.

For the last two years, the Manchester Evening News has reported on 'Manchester nightlife' TikTok accounts filming women without their consent while on nights out in the Deansgate area.

Now, new footage has emerged appearing to deliberately target women who are visibly intoxicated. In these troubling clips, women who appear unsteady on their feet, or simply having a laugh with friends, unwittingly become the stars of videos posted to YouTube, broadcasting what might be their most vulnerable moments to the world.
