Pecsi expects to be part of Reds Under-21s squad

ARMIN PECSI has spoken about his plans at Liverpool and revealed he expects to remain at the club next season.

The goalkeeper was confirmed last week as the Reds’ second summer signing, joining from Puskas Akademia for a fee of around $2million.

He is expected to play mainly for the Under-21s in 2025/26 following a summer of change on the Liverpool goalkeeping front.

Giorgi Mamardashvili is also set to arrive from Valencia, while Caoimhin Kelleher has joined Brentford, and this season's third-choice Vitezslav Jaros has attracted interest from Ajax. Where exactly Pecsi fits into the first-team picture is yet unclear, but he will be given time to develop at Liverpool, as revealed by the player in a recent interview.
