Pals who founded worldwide clothing firm launch new charity

TWO friends who launched a worldfamous brand turning over millions have chosen to give back to their home city.

In 2019, Daniel Yuen and Kieran Riddell-Austin launched a clothing company that would go on to become a regional staple and one of the biggest to ever come from Liverpool

The pair are the mastermind team behind Montirex a technical outdoor and sportswear brand.

In the last three years, Montirex has grown from making around £15 million in revenue to a projected £130 million this year, with no outside funding.

Now, the two are giving back to the city that helped them reach their current heights.

The sportswear giant has officially launched The Montirex Foundation - a dedicated charitable arm, with a “bold mission to support youth mental health through sport”.
