CCTV PLEA ON BAR ASSAULT

Woman was left with rib injuries and hair loss

A WOMAN was left with suspected fractured ribs and a portion of her hair torn out following an 'unprovoked' attack outside a city centre bar.

Merseyside Police received a report that a woman had been attacked outside Baa Bar on Fleet Street at around 1.30am on Sunday, September 7.

Two other people were also assaulted during the incident in the early hours of the morning. Since the assault extensive CCTV and witness enquiries have been conducted in the area.
