SOMETHING that saddens me greatly, and it's a modern phenomena.

- Pete Price

Seeing my late friend on social media hit me for six

You lose someone that you love, and you're just about coping.

Then you go to your social media and there in front of you - whether you like it or not, is that person.

Either tagged in a post, or as a friend suggestion or request.

A pal of mine died three years ago and has just appeared on my Facebook under the section 'people you may know.

It knocked me for six. Has it happened to you, too?

I've looked into it and apparently some people memorialise the accounts of people who have passed. You can still visit their page, but nothing can be posted.

Which brings comfort to so many, helping with their grief.
