Liverpool continued to claw their way back up the Premier League table with a hard-earned 2-1 home win over rock-bottom Wolves on Saturday afternoon.

Ryan Gravenberch and Florian Wirtz scored a quickfire double before halftime for Arne Slot's side only for Santiago Bueno to ensure a nervy second half by pulling one back shortly after the interval.

The result means the Reds have now taken 14 points from the last 18 and are now back in the top four and the Champions League qualification berths as the season approaches the halfway point in midweek.
