THE UK Climate Change Committee latest report states that it is possible for the UK to become net-zero by 2050.

Previous reports had raised concerns that the UK was not on track to meet this target.

Liverpool has a 2030 net-zero target. Is it credible that Liverpool can reach net-zero 20 years before the rest of the UK?
