Up to £30k incentive on offer to get moving

A HOUSEBUILDER is offering incentives of up to £30,000 to help buyers move to a new home this year.

Incentives from Bellway will be available on selected properties at developments being built under the company’s Bellway and Ashberry Homes brands in the county until Saturday, February 28.
Buyers will be able to choose how to use the additional money, whether that is adding to their deposit or spending it on other costs such as stamp duty.
The participating developments in Leicestershire are: Stoughton Park, Oadby; Bellway at Hugglescote Grange, Hugglescote, and Roman Gate, Melton.
