Pundit sounds ominous note on Premier League interest in talented pair

SKY Sports pundit Lee Hendrie reckons Premier League clubs will be eyeing up two Leicester City players for possible January transfer deals.

The former Leicester midfielder has cast his eye across the Championship for players who will be attracting interest from the top flight at the turn of the year.

He has pointed to Coventry top scorer Brandon Thomas-Asante and Ipswich forward Jaden Philogene - and then both Abdul Fatawu and Jeremy Monga from Marti Cifuentes' 12th-placed squad.

"I think that it is going to be wide players that are probably going to be the ones that make that step-up, or players that have made the step-down," Hendrie told Football-LeagueWorld.
