BOTH CLINCHED THE TITLES AFTER GOING UNBEATEN DURING SEASON
WHAT a great season it has been so far for the Leicestershire and Rutland county 1st and 2nd teams, writes Jennifer Prentice.
Both topped their Anglian Leagues with a maximum of ten points apiece from their five fixtures, winning all their matches home and away a really remarkable achievement.
In the final clashes, they beat Norfolk, with the 1sts at Eaton GC and the 2nds at Hinckley, to finish top of their respective tables.
