HIS ABUSE OF TWO CHILDREN CAME TO LIGHT AFTER THEY BROKE SILENCE
A SEXUAL predator who deliberately targeted “vulnerable” families with children to gain access to youngsters he could abuse has been handed an 18-year jail term.
Jason Pettifer, pictured, groomed relatives of children in order to satisfy his own sexual desires.
Leicestershire Police said that Pettifer deliberately placed himself in positions of trust with the specific intention of gaining access to children to commit sexual offences.
The force said it received a report in February 2022 from two females who had been sexually abused by Pettifer, 38, leading to his arrest.
