Co-Op Food store to go as retailer implements cuts

ASHBY is to lose its Coop Food store next month.

The retailer said the decision to close the Derby Road outlet was taken after "very careful consideration" following a review of its performance.

Priority was being given to supporting staff affected by the move, said the Coop.
