Country pub could be converted into four homes

A once popular country pub which closed at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic could be turned into four homes if plans are given the green light.

But there have been calls from some residents to try to save the Running Pump pub, in Catforth, which closed in June 2020.

Now, De Pol Associates, on behalf of Daniel Kynaston, has submitted plans to Preston City Council to convert and the former pub into four separate homes.
