Taylor Ditchfield comes to stay at Brian House for one night a month.
The four-year-old was born with a devastating heart condition which sees most babies not survive past 14 days— Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
But, as mum Natalie says, Taylor's a fighter -an inspiration for her determination to be more than just her condition.
