Sobha Realty expanding its modular facility to cater to future demand

Sobha Realty, the leading global luxury real estate developer, is accelerating the expansion of its cutting-edge Sobha Modular Facility in the UAE.
As new projects across the UAE gather pace, the Sobha Modular Facility — which produces approximately 15,000 high-precision bathroom pods annually — is scaling up operations to exceed 18,000 units this year to cater to its growing portfolio of apartments across the UAE.
Furthermore, Sobha plans to significantly increase production next year through a major introduction of automation and further expansion initiatives. The complete bathrooms, along with all fittings, are manufactured at the Sobha Modular Facility and then shipped directly to Sobha’s construction sites. The current facility is spread over 2.7 million square feet.
