Tax Awareness Event Held at Central University of Kashmir

GANDERBAL: As part of its ongoing public outreach initiative, the Income Tax Department, Srinagar organised the second event in its “Tax Talks” series at the Central University of Kashmir’s Ganderbal campus.

The session focused on “The Importance of Progressive Taxation” and saw active participation from students of commerce and finance streams.

Students engaged in a structured debate on the theme, highlighting various dimensions of taxation and its role in nation-building. The winners were later felicitated with prizes in recognition of their presentations and participation.
