Poor Mobile Network Irk Remote Areas Of Bani Tehsil

Speaking to KNO, locals said that despite the government's push for a "Digital India,” many villages in Bani are still struggling with weak or completely absent mobile signals due to the lack of mobile towers.

Where a network is available, the signal is often too weak to support even basic communication, they said.

They added that the poor network has serious implications during medical emergencies as times of accidents or sudden health issues; they are unable to call ambulances or contact doctors in time. This communication gap has endangered lives in several instances.

Students from these areas are unable to attend online classes, fill out competitive examination forms, or download study materials.

Online education has become a distant dream for them, pushing them further behind their urban counterparts, locals said.
