THOMAS WEBB continued his golden summer with another podium-topping performance, this time at the South of England All Ages Combined Events Championships, held in Oxford.

Massive high jump best helps Webb net top spot

Competing in the U17 men's octathlon, the Folkestone Athletics & Running Club member scored 4236 overall to take gold.

But across the eight events, Webb scored lots of personal bests including a massive PB of 9cm in the high jump competition where he cleared 1.65m.

Meanwhile, at the Outlaw Half Holkham Weekend 2025, Folke stone’s Amy Axon travelled up to compete a triathlon of activities; swimming, cycling and running.

Competing against stunning backdrop of Holkham Hall in beau tiful north Norfolk, Axon swam 1.9k in 39:12, cycled 90km in 3:35:39 and ran a half marathon in 2:11:04.

Little did he know it wasn’t as flat as he first thought!
