KEEN environmental champion St Nicholas at Wade CE Primary has been honoured by the Royal Horticultural Society.

The school received a Level 2 Award from the UK's leading gardening charity in recognition of the fantastic work being done by its Gardening Club and the wider school community.
Head teacher Taralee Kennedy said: “We are delighted with this honour. It reflects the dedication and enthusiasm of our children, staff, and families in supporting and sustaining the natural world.
“It celebrates our ongoing efforts to grow plants, improve our school grounds, and nurture a love of nature among our pupils.
