Albion Place project aims to restore an iconic Georgian terrace

A MAJOR restoration project on Ramsgate's cliffside has been completed, returning a part of the town’s historic Albion Place terrace to residential use after years of decline.

The Grade II listed site, part of a Georgian development dating back over 200 years, has been converted into 24 modern homes as part of the Albion Residences scheme.
The project, led by Arcvelop Investor Group (AIG), aimed to revive a prominent section of Ramsgate's seafront architecture while preserving its historic character. AIG - headed by Marc Turnier, Andy Graham and Mike Clay - has previously worked on several heritage-led projects in the area.
