Boss McKenna: Last season is history...we're going for Ash 'n' grab raid now

THE only old news that Kieran McKenna wants to hear about at promotion favourites Ipswich this season is the arrival of veteran Ashley Young.

The Tractor Boys have already put last season's disappointment behind them when they suffered Premier League relegation.

After successive promotions, defying the odds again was always going to be a tall order in the top flight.

Now back in the Championship, Ipswich are tipped to enjoy an instant return with former England defender Young - the clubs oldest ever singing at 40 - spearheading their push.

Ipswich boss McKenna (right) said: “We learned a lot last season. You always reflect on things you've done, but you have to move on.
