Archie the hero for Spurs as Frank hails battling win

THOMAS FRANK admitted it was a “very important win” after Tottenham eased the pressure on their beleaguered boss.

Spurs midfielder Archie Gray got the all-important winner with his first goal for the club as Frank’s men enjoyed just their second victory in nine Premier League games.

That has left Frank under increasing pressure but the Tottenham manager praised his players for their “huge mentality” and the way they dug out a precious win at Selhurst Park.
