Miracle that I'm alive...but I'm broken

THE sole survivor of a plane crash says it is a miracle he is alive but he has "lost everything" as his brother was one of 241 people who died in the tragedy.

Vishwash Kumar Ramesh was the only survivor of the Air India disaster in the Indian city of Ahmedabad in June.

Mr Ramesh, 39, based in Leicester, said talking about the crash is very painful.

The London-bound Boeing 787 Dreamliner crashed into a medical college moments after takeoff on June 12.
