Natalie and little Ella mourned after horrific road collision

THE school attended by the mother and daughter killed in a horror road crash has paid tribute to the tragic pair.

The victims of Wednesday's tragedy in Co Donegal were Natalie McLaughlin and six-year-old Ella.

Ms McLaughlin's partner Tyrone Irwin remains in a serious condition at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry but his injuries are not understood to be life-threatening.

Their other daughter Rhea-Rose, two, was transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast from Altnagelvin but her injuries are also not understood to be life-threatening.

Tragedy struck at 6.30pm following a collision between a car and a van at Glentogher, Carndonagh on the Inishowen Peninsula.
