President denies he sent bawdy birthday note to vile Epstein

- BY CHRISTOPHER BUCKTIN

Letter bomb

DONALD Trump reportedly wished paedophile Jeffrey Epstein a happy 50th birthday, adding: "May every day be another wonderful secret." There were calls last night for the US President to resign as more details of his friendship with the late Wall Street financier continue to emerge.

The letter was in a trove contained in a leather-bound album reportedly compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell.

Mr Trump is at the centre of a political storm surrounding his old friend Epstein after the Wall Street Journal published its explosive claims.

They claim to have seen a note the president allegedly sent the sex offender featuring a drawing of a naked woman, telling his then-pal they shared "certain things in common".

The US leader furiously denied the allegations, even going so far as to say he never sketches. "I never wrote a picture in my life," he blasted.

However, we found several pieces of the president's artwork have been sold at auction over the years.

Earlier this month, Mr Trump sparked a civil war among his once-loyal MAGA supporters, who refuse to accept his claim that a "client list" does not exist.

DISGUSTING

The scandal blew up after the Department of Justice declared there would be no further Epstein-related charges.

It came just weeks after Elon Musk, once a close ally, said Mr Trump was named in the Epstein documents.

The WSJ, owned by Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorp, reports the letter was discov ered by Justice Department investigators probing Epstein's inner circle.
