John's joy to be back in Ireland

ONE of the most popular live performers in the country John Grant returns to Dublin tomorrow night for what looks set to be a special National Stadium show.

It follows Grant's Vicar Street show last October, which celebrated his sixth solo album The Art Of The Lie.

As well as releasing and touring that LP, Grant recently duetted with the brilliant CMAT on Where Are Your Kids Tonight? and provided guest vocals on a track with Big Special.

His relationship with Irish audiences is special, and over the years The Star has enjoyed outstanding performances from Grant at iconic venues such as the Olympia, Vicar Street and Bord Gais Eneray Theatre.
