CHILDREN'S books are shrinking as kids are too distracted to sit and read.
Experts say youngsters' ability to focus on long reads has been killed by online gaming, tablets, smartphones and social media video sites.
Books for six to 12-year-olds have shrunk from an average 193.5 pages in the 1930s to 60.6 pages in the 2020s.
