Fair City's Maxine delighted teenage daughter set to follow in footsteps

FAIR City star Elaine Purdue is delighted to see her daughter Katie follow in her footsteps.

The actress, who plays Carrigstown's Maxine Stapleton, has seen the industry from the other side so she can show her the highs and lows, and what's real and what's not.

She also opened up about working alongside her costar Liam Carney for the first time and why being on the show is a “pinch me” moment.
