WE CAN AND WE WILL FIND RIGHT FIT FOR THE JOB

FAI CEO David Courell insists that finding the right man to replace Marc Canham is not an “impossible job".
Canham announced on Tuesday that he will leave his post as chief football officer during the summer to return to England with his family, having confirmed last month that he was staying in the role.
The 42-year-old endured plenty of flak over his three years, primarily as the public face of the FAI's lengthy search for Stephen Kenny's replacement as Ireland boss but also for being a driver of the association's Football Pathways programme that will align the grassroots game with the LOI season.
"Things change,” said Courell. “His confidence has not changed, and his confidence in what the organisation and what we are trying to achieve has not changed.
