TOTTENHAM NEW BOSS CONFIRMED

TO BE Frank, Tottenham's new boss might not know what he's letting himself in for.

TOTTENHAM NEW BOSS CONFIRMED

But there is no doubting Thomas Frank has taken on the most challenging assignment of his managerial career.

To put his new employers into perspective, Tottenham spent almost two decades chopping and changing bosses in the hope that one of them could win something.

And when someone did, his reward was the sack.

Has Frank spoken to Ange Postecoglou for advice before replacing him at the north London club?

Who knows. But if not, why not?

Because the Dane has decided to swap a well-oiled machine in Brentford for one of the most dysfunctional clubs in the Premier League.

Less than two weeks ago Postecoglou was parading the Europa League trophy around the capital on an open-top bus.

And within days of getting off, he got rewarded with his P45. So the gamble is very much on Frank - not Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
