STAR PERRIE'S MISCARRIAGE HELL

Perrie Edwards says her second miscarriage felt like an out-of-body experience, adding: "It all went in slow motion.

The Little Mix singer, 32, says she loves being a mum to son Axel, who turns four this week.

But she and former Arsenal and Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain went through the pain of losing another pregnancy at 22 weeks, less than a year after Axel was born.

She says: "We went for what was a 20-week scan but we were actually 22 weeks, and that was just the worst day of my life. Horrendous.

"I just knew something was wrong in the scan and [the doctor] just kept going over the same thing...

"I've never experienced an out-of-body experience where everything goes in slow motion."

Perrie, who is now a solo singer after taking a hiatus from Little Mix in 2022, adds: "So then I remember sobbing. [Alex] was injured at the time and couldn't really drive.

"He was struggling but I couldn't see straight. I was distraught."
