Rotation plans in Tirana mean others have Scott a big chance

ENGLAND head coach Thomas Tuchel is ready to make changes in Albania, which will keep Premier League managers happy.

Tuchel admitted that he is conscious some of his big names are in the middle of a difficult schedule for their clubs. That could see a more experimental lineup in Tirana tomorrow for England's final World Cup qualifier in this campaign. It could also herald a chance to experiment. Bournemouth's Alex Scott was left out of Thursday's squad against Serbia while the likes of Declan Rice (above), Reece James and John Stones may get a breather. Tuchel said: “Some of the guys are pretty tired with their physical input and we will not take risks. We have two training sessions and last time after Andorra there were two or three players who trained their way into the Serbia match with outstanding training performances so the door is open.”

THOMAS TUCHEL says England will need their own ‘Pom squad’ at next summer's World Cup.

It is a new catchphrase in rugby where the coach makes a raft of attacking substitutions late on to win the game.

And Tuchel believes it will be impossible for any team to stick with the same starting XI throughout the whole of next summer's tournament which could be played in 40C (104F) heat across the United States, Mexico and Canada.
