New Israel air strikes 'violating ceasefire'

ISRAELI troops have launched air strikes on Gaza reportedly beyond the “yellow line” agreed under ceasefire rules.

It was claimed missiles exploded in southern and central Gaza in areas from which Israel is supposed to remain withdrawn.

The strikes yesterday morning apparently included attacks on Bureij camp in central Gaza and in Khan Yunis in the Strip's south.

If confirmed, the attacks would not be the first breach of the ceasefire agreement but despite scores of Palestinians being killed, the deal holds.
