Bradley: We'll always try to push forward but it's vital we take care to not do more harm than good

STEPHEN Bradley wants to "keep moving the needle" but that doesn't necessarily mean splashing Shamrock Rovers' European cash on a host of new arrivals.

The Hoops boss is eager to improve once again next season after this year's league and FAI Cup double, and progression to the league phase in Europe for the third time in four years.

Rovers' European exploits have swelled the club's coffers by over €15million in UEFA prizemoney over those campaigns with this year's run already guaranteeing the Tallaght men over €5.3million.

However, Bradley isn't going to wave around his cheque book in a bid to improve his squad and compete again for domestic and European glory.

"I understand the question but you have to be really careful and respectful first of all of the players we have," he said.
