JESS IS MORE AS SHELS EYE TREBLE DREAM

JESS GARGAN is chasing a triple dream in 2025 - a league and cup with Shels and a recall with Ireland.

Having won the President's Cup at the start of this year, she got a taste of silverware, while previous successes in the league and FAI Cup have given her a glimpse of what's possible in the game. But she wants more.

Twice capped by Ireland in 2019, she hasn't given up hope of getting another outing under current boss Carla Ward.

But first things first. There is a Cup quarter final against Shamrock Rovers, one of her former clubs, tonight.

Gargan says: "We've won the league before, we've won the FAI Cup and we know that feeling. But last year, we missed out on the league very narrowly. So we know both sides of it.
