Viral star regrets not keeping head down

- BY LARISSA NOLAN

THE Traitors first “murder” victim told yesterday how he was too charming for his own good, saying: “Nice guys finish last.”

Dubliner Dave Collins - who was killed off on Monday night's episode - said:

“I thought I had a good game plan: go in and get to know people and build alliances.

“My nice personality came out, but I finished last. I'll have to take that.

“The three that killed me, they saw me as a threat. I was a big personality in there and they had to get rid of me. I can be charismatic and would have been an influential character and strong competition. I understand that and there's no bad blood there.

“I can't blame the three traitors. I put the target on my back. It wasn't to be.

I should have tried to be quiet and survive the first few nights and I didn't. I'm a big idiot. Really, I should have been more careful.”

However, Dave said he’s glad he stayed true to his personality, even if it got him murdered so early in the game.
