Strictly's Wynne in hospital after suicide attempt

FORMER Strictly contestant Wynne Evans has revealed he ended up in hospital after attempting suicide over his scandals on the show.

The GoCompare adverts star, 53, competed in the dance competition last year with professional partner Katya Jones.

However his time on the BBC series was marred by controversy, with Katya seen moving Evans' hand away from her waist and refusing to high-five him on air.

Wynne was later dropped by the BBC and axed from his BBC Radio Wales show after using “inappropriate language” during the launch of the Strictly tour.
