Daring fashion looks redefine traditional old Hollywood glamour at awards

- BY CARLY HACON and MICHELLE MARSHALL

THE Oscars 2026 red carpet was a masterclass in glamour, glitz, and daring fashion. While the Dolby Theatre celebrated the year's films, many stars ensured all eyes were on them with outfits that pushed the boundaries of Hollywood style.

Whether subtle elegance or full-on showstopping drama, these were the looks that truly made the Oscars’ red carpet the night's main event ~ with stars dressing to impress at the awards and then changing up their looks for the legendary Vanity Fair after party.

SATIN

Irish Best Actress winner Jessie Buckley, 36, dazzled as she wore alight pink gown by Chanel paired with offthe-shoulder red satin stole.

Kylie Jenner looked every inch the Hollywood bombshell as she accompanied her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet to the star-studded ceremony.

The 28-year-old turned heads in a figure-hugging couture gown that accentuated her hourglass curves.

The black dress featured a structured corset bodice and a fitted skirt that flowed elegantly to the floor.

With sleek hair and understated accessories, the beauty mogul kept the focus firmly on the statement silhouette at the Vanity Fair bash.
