Garda probe after 33-yr-old dad killed in night of chaos

- BY PAUL HEALY

Feud hit & run victim 'ran over twice'

THIS is the young man run over and killed amid a horrific local feud in north Dublin.

We have learned that tragic Mircea Rostas, 33, was ran over twice by a BMW on Railway Street in Balbriggan just after 9pm on Monday.

Gardai are set to consider a murder investigation as they continue to question a man known to Mr Rostas following a night of chaos in the town.

Shocking footage has since emerged of horrified friends and family arriving at the scene and someone trying to administer CPR on Mr Rostas as he lay dying on the road.

A woman is seen falling to the ground and screaming as people gather around the lifeless man on the side of the road.

Family have since shared live footage on social media of their harrowing visit to the morgue to identify his remains.
