Irish actor to star in Netflix’s Kennedy drama

MICHAEL Fassbender is to star as JFK's father Joe Kennedy Sr in a Netflix drama about the American dynasty.

The Kerryman, 48, will be the lead in the first season, which covers the family’s rise to power in the 1930s.
