Harris resists calls for fresh restrictions

- BY CIARA O'LOUGHLIN and ANGELINA ZHAO

THE Tanaiste has said an emergency ban on no-fault evictions didn't previously have the results hoped, as TDs and senators have urged the Government to reintroduce one.
