Court hears kids trapped underneath driver's car

THREE children who were playing on a footpath ended up trapped beneath acar during a “horrendous incident”, a judge was told.
Belfast Magistrates Court also heard yesterday aman accused of motoring offences left the scene without checking on the kids, climbed a fence and found by police in a taxi.
